Thanks for stopping by! I’m not big in to promoting myself, but those who love me have encouraged me to create a space online that tethers everything God has allowed me to do in one place. It’s also a way for my mom to keep track of me. Looking back over the past 20 years, God has allowed me to be part of many exciting adventures and ventures. I hope this site is helpful to you. In a recent interview for my book TILT, I was asked how I would best describe myself. Thankfully, God has graciously allowed me to discover the masterpiece he has made me. I know who I am and who I’m not. I shared that I use a simple 1-2-3 formula to keep me on track. I have ONE calling in life: release potential for God’s glory! I fulfill my purpose by empowering TWO groups: People & Pastors! In an effort to be the best steward for God, I try my best to focus my gifts in THREE directions: Consulting, Coaching and Communicating. As you will see, this site is full of tools and tips that fall within one of these buckets. From blog entries to sermons to my 30 Minute Laser Life Session(tm) everything rolls back to the one thing!
I want to thank God for continuing to use me in ways I’m honored by. I want to thank my bride for being my best friend and biggest fan! I’m thankful three amazing kids call me “daddy”. I’m forever grateful to Rick Warren and the Saddleback Church leadership team that I have the honor of serving with! To my board of advisors (Jeff, Dr. Jim and David) thank you! To the countless readers who send me notes of praise, thank you! Lastly, to the church leaders (nationally and globally) I have had the sacred trust of empowering, you have blessed me more than you will ever know!
